Delen met LMS gebruikers

Samenvatting

Je kunt andere LMS gebruikers toegang geven tot je volledige Portfolio, Collecties of Bewijsstukken. Voor LMS (Learning Management System) kun je Canvas, Moodle, Blackboard of Brightspace lezen.

Hoe kun je je Portfolio delen met andere LMS gebruikers?

  1. Kies van waaruit je je Portfolio wilt delen. Lees meer over verschillende Deeltypes in 📄 Deel je Portfolio

    1. Ga naar de Portfolio-startpagina. Klik op het pluspictogram (+) naast 'Gedeeld met'.

    2. Ga naar 'Mijn toegang en verzoeken'. Klik op 'Delen' naast 'Toegang aanvragen'.

    3. Ga naar de Collectiepagina. Klik op het pluspictogram (+) naast 'Gedeeld met'.

    4. Ga naar de Bewijsstukpagina. Klik op de drie puntjes en vervolgens op 'Bewijsstuk delen'.

  2. Voer in het zoekveld de naam of het e-mailadres in van de gebruiker die je wilt uitnodigen.

  3. Selecteer de beoogde gebruiker uit de lijst.
    Let op: Bij sommige instellingen kun je medestudenten of docenten alleen op naam of e-mail vinden als ze Portflow al eerder hebben geopend. Dit is het geval voor Moodle -gebruikers en voor sommige instellingen op Brightspace ook.

  1. Select how long you want to give the user access for. The maximal duration is 4 years.

    You can extend or revoke the access through ‘My access & requests’ if you wish.

  2. Choose whether you want to share the full Portfolio or only certain Collections. You can then select which Collection(s) they should have access to.
    If you want to share a specific Evidence only, you can share from that Evidence page.

  3. Choose if you want to hide Feedback from the visitor. They will then only be able to see Feedback and Progress Reviews written by themselves and you. If you have responded to someone else's original Feedback, your response will not be visible to the visitor.

  4. Optionally add a note. For example, for what reason you are giving this person access.

  5. Click Share to send the invitation
